What are probiotics?

Micro-organisms, or in simpler terms, “good bacteria” or microbes (cell sized) live in our digestive tract and help break things down. They help turn sugar, carbs and other foods into lactic acid. All this helps with proper digestion. But the garbage type foods that we eat, and chemicals we expose ourselves to, either inhibit these bacteria, or it just becomes too much for them to handle on their own.

Probiotics contain similar bacterias that can aid digestion. They also help strengthen the immune system because they are not harmful bacteria, but a bacteria no less, and the body can adapt to them in order to fight off invasions of harmful bacteria. They can do anything from help with lactose intolerance, to preventing colon cancern and lowering cholesterol and blood pressure.

This is why you should be drinking your Kefir every day. It’s a wonderful (and tastey) probiotic with many beneficial nutrients. Kefir is easilly digested, and it helps to cleanse the intestines. Do you know how much stuff remains in the intestines even over years?! Kefir can help clean it all out.

Kefir can help with the following conditions and much more!

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Herpes
Cancer
Sleep Disorders
Depression
ADHD
Lactose Intolerance
And it has even been given to patients with AIDS to help boost their immune system.
