Bring Sexy Back!

Ladies, don’t let your back go un-noticed.  We need our backs to support us in these tough times and we don’t wanna look like Quasimodo by the time we turn 40.  So sit up straight and follow this routine to strengthen your muscles and relieve back pain and get that sexy line in shape!

Reverse Flyes:

  • Grab those soup cans and your chair.
  • Sit on the chair and lower your chest to rest on your thighs.
  • Slowly raise the soup cans from the sides of your legs out to the side till you feel it tighten between your shoulder blades.
  • Slowly lower back down.

Superman:

  • While lying on the floor on your tummy with arms out in front, slowly raise both arms and legs and hold for one count.
  • Lower back down and repeat.

Cat/Cow:

  • On all fours, arch your back like a cat while exhaling.
  • Inhale and drop your chest.
  • Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8.

Wall pushups:

  • Place hands onto wall, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  • As you exhale lower towards wall as close as you can without touching it.
  • Breathe in to push back away from the wall.
