Don’t Stop Now!

January is over. How are you doing on your health goals? Have you lost weight? Toned your muscles? Eased your stress? If not, then don’t wait around for next January to roll around, jump back on the wagon!We’re going to get healthy together!

Even if you don’t have a few pounds to lose, there’s no harm in toning your body and strengthening your muscles.

But weight and shape aren’t the only things we need to worry about when it comes to our health. So write down your top three health goals. Something short term. Something you can do during the month of February to change your overall health. Whether it be learning to meditate, getting off a certain medication, or regaining energy that has been lost.

Write down three goals, and then next to those goals write down things that have held you back from achieving these goals. Don’t be overly harsh, but take responsibility and learn from your shortcomings.
