Fighting Childhood Obesity

Let’s fight the statistics of obesity in children together!
- Get your kids outside! They need the exercise and the sunlight!
- Try to remove processed foods from their diet.
- Limit fast food. Once a week order a pizza, but every other night cook healthy meals.
- Cook with your kids. Teach them what’s healthy and what’s not, and don’t forget to tell them why.
- Don’t put your kids on a diet. Change their habits and lifestyle.
- Pack their lunches for school. Schools are now being sponsored by fast food restaurants!
- Eat together!
- Empty the junk from your pantry. If it’s not there, there’s no temptation.
- Don’t forget to lead by example. Keep yourself healthy too!
