I have found that every few months, if I rearrange the furniture in the house, repaint a room, or add something decorative, I suddenly have the energy to clean, I sleep better at nights and I feel better about my home!
Changing things up a little can help you figure out what works best for you. Sometimes a new environment, or even the idea of one, can be helpful in sparking your creativity. But remember that no matter where you move the couch or that lamp, there are always three must haves:
Fresh air, Natural Light, and a Clutter Free Area!
