Layered Dip

* 1 Can (15 oz) Refried or black beans
* 2 or 3 Tablespoons spicy salsa
* 1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
* 1 Cup Prepared Guacamole
* 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (4 oz)
* 2 Medium Green Onions, chopped
* 1/4 Cup sliced ripe olives
* Tortilla Chips

Mix beans & salsa. Spread a thin layer on a 12″ plate or pizza pan.

Spread sour cream over beans. Leave about an inch of beans around the edge.

Spread guacamole over sour cream, leaving border of sour cream showing.

Sprink cheese over guacamole.

Sprinkle onions over cheese.

Sprinkle olives on top.

Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve. Serve with warmed tortilla chips.

*If you want a “heartier” dip, you can add a layer of fully cooked, shredded chicken, or beef on top of the bean layer.
