This wonderful oil, powerful in antioxidants can help lower cholesterol, not to mention that this oil is a polyunsaturated oil that is high in linoleic acid. One of two essential fatty acids that the human body can not produce! Also, it is believed to play a role in the stabilizing of collagen which can help with supporting organs, joints, blood vessels, and muscle.

Grapeseed oil, while can be used for more beauty reasons like toning your skin, can also help with conditions such as poor vision, varicose veins, cancer, PMS, is known to help disolve cysts, and variety of circulatory disorders.

But what exactly is grapeseed oil? Derived from Italian grapes, it is a light, odorless oil that can be used for so much! Everything from internal use by adding to food, to creating massage creams, hand lotions, and much more! Did you know that grapeseed oil can be used to help prevent stretch marks?! Because of it’s high amount of Linoleic Acid, it is frequently used in beauty products for its anti-inflammatory, acne reduction, and moisture retention properties.
