Healthy Summer Treat

Tired of sugary Popsicles for the kids during the hot summer days? Try something healthier. Take a bunch of grapes and one by one add them to kabob skewers (you can find cheap reusable metal ones in your grocery store). Lay your new grapesicles on a sheet pan and freeze for about twenty minutes. They’re the perfect healthy snack to keep the kids cool on a hot day, and to keep you hot mamas from snacking on that pint of ice cream you’ve got hidden in the back of the freezer.
