Time for shaping up!

Okay girls no more excuses. Get off your ass!

Spring will be here before you know it, and what better Resolution?
We are all going to become healthier, leaner, stronger,
and smarter!

If you can lose that extra weight you are going to feel great

Let’s do it together

You will feel less stressed

Take control of your weight and your life, RIGHT NOW!

Every morning after breakfast Meditate, breath deeply for five minutes while you stretch your body.

Decide what time you will exercise. I like to straighten out the house, get it in order, then I dedicate a half our and one hour every other day to activity. Two days a week I take a pilates class. One day I play tennis. Every day I make sure I do something to get my heart pumping. Play with the kids, chase them, dance, go ice skating, roller blade, ride bikes, and guess what? Even cleaning your house is a physical activity.

Throw out your fat clothes
Pour the soda down the drain
Get rid of the junk snacks

Make this commitment today to be the hot mama you want to be.

Do you need to get skinny? No.
But you need to get healthy and you need to get to a reasonable weight.
You are putting your body at risk if you are more than 20 pounds over weight.

Your risk for heart disease, diabetes, depression, and cancer rise dramatically
when you are overweight. So think about your kids. You can do this.
