Homemade Heat Wraps

  • Fabric
  • Sewing Machine
  • Thread
  • Rice
  • Herbs (Chamomile, cloves, and lavender work best)

Cut fabric into 5×15 rectangles and sew together two at a time, leaving a two inch opening at the top. Mix together all the herbs and rice. Two to three cups of rice per each wrap and four to 8 tablespoons of the herb mixture. Add rice and herb mixture to the bag using a large funnel. Sew the top shut. Heat the wraps in the microwave for 1 minute. They can be used for sore muscles or just to sit back and relax.
