Get out of the house and into the sun and fresh air. Have fun while the weather is warm and inviting. The snow will eventually fall and we will be trapped in our homes once again.

• Play with the kids; go for a walk, or a bike ride.
• Spread a blanket on the lawn and have lunch, and read a book.
• Get your hands dirty in the garden.
• Wash the car.
• Feed the birds.
• Sweep the patio, or do nothing but bask in the sun.

Just get out of the house. Open all the windows and blinds first thing in the morning and breathe in that fresh air! You will be more inclined to get your chores done and get outside to play! Its summer time ladies, and the kids are on vacation. Let’s get into the spirit of summer. Enjoy and savor the smells of summer, the warmth of the sun on your face, and the feel of the grass in between your toes!
