Private officer Christopher W Lotter, was only twenty years old when he died on the last day of 2008 in Balad Iraq. He was shot by enemy forces in Tikrit. Lotter was from Chester Heights Pennsylvania and was assigned to the third Battalion, 7th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team. Our prayers are with his family.
